Motor Yacht Kismet, Charleston Party Boat
COMING SPRING 2017
Yachting on Charleston South Carolina's harbor is a year round adventure. Enjoy this opportunity on one of Charleston’s finest private motor yachts availble for medium sized group events, Kismet. Brought to you by the founders of the most successful private yacht operation in Charleston's history, Charleston Sailing Charters. Successfully running over 360 private charters per year since 2009 on the luxury sailing yacht Fate.
Kismet, pronounced Kizmit,-met, is a custom made Williams 36 Deadrise motor yacht specifically created for private charter groups comfortably up to 18 passengers. Over the years we have found many groups have 7 to 18 guests and there was no real place for them to affordably go on a private yacht in Charleston. We thought about it for years and came up with Kismet. The name Kismet means Fate or Destiny and fits nicely with our sailing yacht Fate.
All of our luxury tours are private. We can accomodate up to 24 passengers in your private group but we like to keep the group size to under 18 if possible. We do not mix groups together to fill the boat, if you have just 7 passengers you will have the entire boat to yourself.

For parties 6 or less, we can also accomodate you on the luxury yacht Fate, Charleston's most popular charter yacht.
You will find that not many yachts can take more than six passengers, this is a federal law which every boat must abide unless the boat is specifically built to hold more then 6 for commercial use. Kismet was designed to hold 24 plus crew, the only motor yacht in Charleston with this capability. There are a few pontoon boats out there and some larger yachts that hold over 100 but nothing that compares to Kismet's all weather and seas capabilities, bathroom and affordable rates.
A typical 2 hour harbor cruise will pass by Charleston landmarks such as The Battery, Waterfront Park, Historic Castle Pinckney, under the Arthur Ravanel JR Bridge, and out to Fort Sumter where the War of Northern Agression began. You will usually see dolphins playing in the bow wake or feeding in the shallows. If you are an avid bird watcher there are many species to be seen.
Complimentary soda and bottled water are provided. Feel free to bring any special beverages that you wish to take pleasure in while you watch the amazing sunsets Charleston has to offer. If you prefer to have a dinner cruise, catering can be provided by Caviar and Bananas, View the menu here Caviar & Bananas Maritime Menu, contact Heather Orman to set up your meal.
Yacht racing in Charleston is a great expierence to watch, if you have friends yacht racing on Fate, you can watch from the sidelines on Kismet and cheer them on!
